TONY SPEIRS

Over the past thirty plus years Tony Speirs has held senior positions in a number of businesses, including fifteen years operating his own retail business. Tony holds Masters degrees in both Business Administration and Commerce, majoring in Finance and Accounting.

Tony is an associate CPA member and an alumni of Deakin University, Oxford University, and the University of Sydney.

Tony’s experience includes:

  • Agriculture – management of a pastoral wool growing property in the Western Division of NSW
  • Construction – management of a business unit for a multinational construction services company – GKN Kwikform
  • Franchised Retail – ownership of a franchised retail business
  • Retail – initiation and ownership of a mixed goods retail business
  • Mining – financial control of a significant private multi faceted business in the mining services industry
  • Consultancy/Advisory – strategy, planning and implementation, financial analysis, budgeting, coaching, business review
PERSONAL NOTE

After over 30 years working in senior roles within various businesses, including 15 years in my own business, I want to share my knowledge and experience to help other business owners avoid common traps, gain control of their business and drive their business to reach its full potential. My goal is to help and mentor business owners to put some deep thought into their businesses so that they focus on the really important things that will result in tangible improvements.
